Then an idea... to share the food that brings back so many of their fondest memories.
Ronan’s a chef who has worked in France and Japan - he’s behind the biligs (crêpe cooking plates). Adeline’s a designer and takes care of the branding. And Alix - she keeps everything, and everyone, organised.
